Tequila Recipes: Cadillac Margarita



Cadillac Margarita


2 oz. Voodoo Tiki AnejoTequila
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
2 1/2 oz. Sour Mix
1/2 oz Float Rose’s Lime Juice on Top

A tangy clean ‘Rita a bit heavier on the tongue due to the Grand Marnier, with a nice brandy finish, recommended service is up or on the rocks. You’ll find this

A recipe served in many Family style restaurants (the ones where the servers are
decked out in suspenders chochkees, pins and such. Bears the marketing name
“Cadillac” to convey the use of high end ingredients such as Anejo Tequila and
Grand Marnier.


Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and shake it up. Pour into an up glass or over new ice in a freshly iced rocks glass. Frozen will weaken the distinct weight and finish, but if you prefer, combine all ingredients in a blender with ice and blend until silky smooth. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Rustic Margarita


Rustic Margarita

1-1/2 oz Voodoo Tiki Reposado Tequila

1/2 oz Grand Marnier

2 oz Sour Mix

1 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice

Orange peel for garnish


Light and refreshing, the Rustic Margarita is tasty, easy drinking on hot summer days. Also great with meals and snacks.


Directions:

For up or on the rocks, combine all ingredients and Shake. For frozen, combine all ingredients in a blender with ice and blend until smooth. Garnish with an orange peel, lime wheel or lime wedge.

Rim: Salt or None

Serve: Up Rocks Frozen

Garnish: Lime Wedge
